  StaffMarkSteinbergKron    Dr. Mark Steinberg, a Licensed Psychologist and Educational Psychologist who heals and remediates attentional, behavioral, emotional, and learning difficulties with children, adolescents, and adults for about 35 years. Learning and development can be precious, nurturing, and satisfying experiences throughout life. Dr. Steinberg offers Mental Fitness programs to people of all ages. Voted the Best Therapist of 2000 by Bay Area Parent Magazine readers! He specializes in clinical, educational, and neuropsychology. Dr. Steinberg has made numerous appearances nationally on television and radio, including TV appearances on ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX. He is the author of the popular book, ADD: The 20-Hour Solution and the forthcoming book, Living Intact: Challenge and Choice in Tough Times. He is consulted as a medical expert by NBC, and has won local and statewide awards.


  StaffRobertLungaroSm     Robert Lungaro earned his Master’s Degree from San Francisco State University in 1981 in the field of Educational Psychology.  His B.A. was earned from SFSU in 1978, magna cum laude.  Robert studied at the California State Colleges and Universities International Program, European Study from 1977-78. Robert holds lifetime California Community College Instructor and Guidance Counselor Credentials.  He also holds a Child Development Director Permit, multi-site management awarded in 2008. Over 30 years experience in management of government subsidized educational and social service agencies.  Extensive experience in strategic planning, financial analysis, program compliance, and licensing regulations for child development programs.  Robert has also worked as an administrator/case manager/social worker for mental health programs serving disadvantaged youth as well as adults. Worked for: Child Development Inc., Pajaro Valley Unifies School District, Santa Clara County Office of Education, Chamberlain’s Children Center, Inc., Spark Foundation, S’vale Elementary School District, Kindercare Learning Centers, Inc., and San Jose Unified School District.  Robert has also taught Community College in the area of administration and management of child development programs. Robert makes his home in San Jose, California and lives with his wife of 30 years.  He has three grown children, who live in the bay area. He enjoys a wonderful family life and is looking forward to seeing his children married and being a grandfather.


  MiltonHuang    Dr. Milton Huang graduated from Stanford with a BS in Electrical Engineering and an AB in Psychology.  His medical training was at the University of Texas in San Antonio, and his psychiatric residency was at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.  He completed an informatics fellowship there and joined the faculty briefly, doing research on the emotional effects of virtual reality. After moving to California, he worked at student health at UC Santa Cruz and maintained a small private practice. He closed his psychiatric practice in 2008 and is now pursuing his interest in the brain and learning neurofeedback technique with Dr. Steinberg.
